We are currently hiring for a Process Analyst (Part-Time)

Hours vary, Monday - Friday 7:00am-4:30pm

Up to 30 hours per week; College students, we will work around your college schedules! Retirees welcome!

The purpose of this position is to review processes and procedures in the production area to ensure jobs and certain processes are timed correctly.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in time studies of certain positions and certain tasks
• Give feedback on improvements and departmental layout for optimal efficiency
• Complete spreadsheets with information collected from time studies and submit to production manager
• Supply input on lean opportunities

EXPERIENCE NECESSARY:

Working towards college degree or technical degree. Ability to work part-time. Above average use of Word and Excel and knowledge of other Office products.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, memos and procedure manuals
• Exceptional problem solving skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings
• Above average spreadsheet abilities and basic computer skills
• Flexibility to change routines
• Good mathematical skills
• Must demonstrate accuracy in working with detail
• Maintain confidentiality within the department
• Ability to reach goals with moderate to no supervision
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
