Mercer is recruiting for an experienced Product Analyst who will be based in our Franklin, MA office. This role may be performed remotely.

• Reporting into the Global Change Team within Operations & Technology, the role is responsible for serving as the Product Analyst for existing and new products
• Builds and maintain effective relationships with senior business partners, and third parties

We will count on you to:

• Develop, Maintain and prioritize (based on business value) a product development backlog for the application, using Mercer tools such as Jira and Aha!
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture performance and functionality requirements and input into new features that align to the strategic vision as set out by the Executive Board
• Input and review of user stories and acceptance criteria with an appropriate amount of detail for the development team
• Help coordinate user acceptance testing
• Answer day to day questions of the developers during each sprint and attend refinement sessions to help the developers understand our requirements
• Be the business owner for new features, and provide communications and operational readiness training to the business for new features each release

What you need to have:

• Experience of Software Development Lifecycle, particularly Agile Scrum
• Previous Health & Benefits experience
• 4+ years' experience as either a Product Analyst or Business Analyst
• Previous experience using Agile Methodologies
