Relentless pursuit of better

You'll play a key role in regulating products we currently obtain and regulate the products that are added. You will be working with digital payment systems as well as regulating payment law within financial services and technology. You will work closely and partner with leaders in the product organization and provide legal and regulatory guidance as the product team develops, implements and updates Western Union's product offering.

Education or equivalent experience is required, with at least five to seven years of experience practicing either in-house or at a reputable law firm, as well as at least three years focused on payments law, FinTech, or digital assets and blockchain space. You should have a high caliber, experienced and energetic attitude, with experience in financial services regulation and technology to join our Product Legal team. You should have exceptional writing skills, with attention to detail and ability to generate creative original drafted documents, as well as demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills.

The annual gross base salary range is $185,000-$190,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
