Job Summary:

The Product Management Intern position will assist the Air Quality team in implementing all marketing activities, focusing on market research and business management skill set.

The position is up to 40 hours a week and will be based in Euclid, Ohio, with remote or hybrid work hours.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Statistics, or similar
• Experienced with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Experience with Market Research
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Responsibilities

· Content audits – review Air Purifier and Humidifier content for consistency in the use of language, warnings, certifications, etc. This includes internal content (specs, ad copy, and sales presentations) and public content (online, manuals, and packaging).

· Internal content updates – Update Guardian master deck style (imagery, colors, & check for consistency).

· Assist in preparing product information to be compiled and presented in fall customer line reviews.

· Assist in Summer retail audits – in-store POG and creation of comparison grids. Create a grid specifically for the top 5 performers from each brand to easily compare with Guardian’s Air Purifiers.

· Gather online consumer comments/feedback and update weekly information for internal review (for current and new guardian products and competitors’ products). Can gather online reviews and dive deeper into reviews for product development.

· Help compile, and analyze the data received from Guardian 2.0 research.

· Assist in creative branding initiatives with industrial designer insights.

Education/Academic Criteria

· Minimum of a 3.0 GPA

· Must be a sophomore to senior year enrolled student (18 years of age or older)

· Degree or major in the focus area of the internship, i.e., Engineering, Operations, Finance, etc.
