We are building the universal end-to-end Integrity platform, that enables the agile and efficient identification and remediation of harm across Meta's family of apps.Come help define the strategy and products for the Automated Integrity Detection Platform, leveraging rule engines and ML models to allow automatic classification. Our platform is used by teams across the entire company for automated detection and classification of harm. You will be driving the future of our automated detection platform, thinking about ways to provide our users with fast and effective ways to reduce harm across existing and emerging problems, by leveraging rule engines, ML automation, specialized UI and more. Detection is at the core of enabling automated large scale reduction of harm, join us to help keep our users safe!

<ul><li>Drive a customer centric approach, gaining deep understanding of customer needs and driving solutions to help multiple customers increase agility through the use of highly effective technology platforms.</li><li>Be a thought leader and an advocate, driving cross company adoption of platform based solutions.</li><li>Gain and maintain a deep understanding of Meta's strategic priorities and translate those into impact focused investment portfolio for your teams.</li><li>Establish cross functional partnerships with Data Science, Engineering, Program Managers, Data Engineers and others to deliver products, backed by opportunity sizing and data driven decisions.</li><li>Motivate multiple teams of engineers, contributing to overall teams' health and success.</li><li>Drive clarity and execution in an ambiguous cross functional environment.</li></ul>

<ul><li>5+ years product management or related industry experience.</li><li>Experience with ML/AI platforms (internal or external facing products).</li><li>Experience with delivering developer facing solutions and APIs.</li><li>Analytical skills, understanding of metric and optimization goals.</li><li>Communication skills and experience influencing others through data.</li><li>Interest for Integrity and protecting the safety of our users.</li><li>Experience working with multiple engineering teams, data scientists and other cross functional partners.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Experience with ML/AI modeling techniques.</li><li>8+ years product management or related industry experience.</li><li>Experience in building high scale platforms, preferably for enterprise customers.</li><li>Experience in one or more of the domains: Integrity, Spam, Fraud detection, Classification.</li></ul>
