Product Owner REMOTE- Leading Telehealth Group We are one of the most technologically driven health care companies in America. For over 6 years we have been providing companies and people with top notch Healthcare. We are in growth mode and we are seeking a UX Designer with Mobile and web app development experience to join our growing team.
What You Will Be Doing -Support product vision and strategy discussion, documentation and alignment related to our suite of experiences which includes aspects of care management and digital pharmacy services

-Be a product management process guru as it relates to best -practice for scaled agile systems across multiple product teams
-Support user/consumer analysis to understand and document the user journey at a detail level
-Be accountable for the success of the technical value chain and footprint of all technologies related to the offerings which are assigned
-Partner with product marketing and business unit leaders to analyze product positioning in the market and influence pricing and service strategies alongside product leaders

-Be a partner to the business teams in identifying their current and future product feature needs towards improving operating efficiencies and growth
-Support Cost-Benefit Analysis and impact analysis on operational processes and collaborate with business teams in defining new techno-business processes
-Works with technology and business teams on product feature prioritization driven by ROI to build a product roadmap
-Performs analysis of products in the market to arrive at a Buy vs Build recommendations and integration needs

-Works closely with the development and design teams, creating mockups, specifying the requirements for developers and tracking work progress
-Specifies business readiness criteria (UAT) for a product feature, conducts/coordinates business readiness checks and coordinates product release
-Participates in the Daily Scrum and Sprint Planning, making sure the development team has a clear understanding of the user stories and know exactly what must be developed

-Involves in building a feedback collection mechanism on product performance, gathering customer feedback and thus creating a product feature backlog based on the received information
-Keeps all stakeholders i.e. the management and other team members up to date on the product development progress so that everyone is on the same page.
-Works with marketing and design teams to promote the product and product driven services, making sure it gets enough exposure in the market
What You Need for this Position Qualifications and Requirements (preferred) :
5+ years of product experience in healthcare services
3+ years proven track record leading product growth in the healthcare market
Experience leading consumer products is preferred
Experience leading pharmacy products is preferred
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Approaches any problem with outside-the-box thinking for solutions
Organized and experienced working with multiple teams in building consensus
Good at both written and verbal communication
Experience in building project plans, roadmaps, backlogs and feature descriptions
