*This position will be based in El Paso, TX, and temporarily eligible for Work from Home. When our office reopens, you will be required to work from the office Monday-Friday.

What you'll be doing:

The Product Sales Coordinator supports the National Account Manager in all activities related to achieving overall sales goals, targets, and objectives within an account base. This dynamic sales professional will effectively contribute to the relationship between internal cross-functional teams and external retailers to deliver the best in market, channel, and category service to our customers. They will be a consistent, organizational champion for the Sales Team. They will schedule events and meetings, document meeting minutes and action items, and assist with follow up. They will magnify the VP of Sales' effectiveness by taking on administrative tasks and special projects as required. They will work within the department's requirements and policies, while managing multiple target dates and keeping a sense of urgency.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Business analysis - utilize reports to analyze trends and sales performance. Weekly reporting on wholesale revenue and out of stocks. Monthly reporting on POS at wholesale channels. Assist with financial reporting and budget preparation. Build reports and presentations as needed.
  • Oracle: Enter all new customers into Oracle and maintain customer list. Master Oracle user. Build and distribute Oracle reports to Sales Team. Complete all other Oracle requests as needed.
  • Retailer Communication and Support: Manage SKU change process to ensure smooth transitions with retail partners. Partner with customer service to coordinate customer pricing and reduce PO errors. Take meeting notes with all retailers and provide 2 business day turnaround to publish meeting notes, decisions & action items. Build positive relationships with wholesale retailer contacts. Organize & upload retailer docs in SharePoint. Attendance at special project team meetings.
  • System Administration and Maintenance: Serves as primary administrator for the Accelerated Analytics and Salesforce.com environments by updating, maintaining, and crafting reports as well as train new users. Update all pricing and SKU information in Accelerated Analytics on weekly basis as well as keep the store details file up to date. Grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the department. Work with internal teams as needed to launch any new platforms that may be needed.
  • Sales Team Administration: Support Sales leadership with scheduling, minute taking and facilitating their meetings as required. Project management for Sales Team initiatives. Tracking of key Sales Documents. Arrange travel for Sales Leadership. Preparation of Sales reporting for Sales Department. As requested, support other meetings with LT or management team members. Prepare agenda and consolidate PowerPoint presentations for team meetings. Timely and accurate maintenance of all project management. 99% accurate and complete travel arrangements. 99% accurate reporting documents. Monthly updates to critical metric monitor.


Skills needed to be successful in this role:

  • Aptitude to learn additional software applications if required
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills - coordinate, develop, and deliver clear and concise messages
  • Demonstrated ability to professionally interact with customers, co-workers, vendors, and advisory board
  • Set priorities, meet critical deadlines, balance projects, and produce high-quality and accurate work under time
  • This position is privy to confidential information and requires tact, discretion, and judgment


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2+ years of analytical experience
  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office, including strong Excel and Internet research skills
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle experience
  • Salesforce experience
  • Understanding of margin, P&L, and Business topics
  • Experience with Ulta, Sephora, Nordstrom, and Macy's
