XpertHR's Product Demonstrator plays a key role in the Sales organization, ensuring prospective and existing customers are introduced to the power of the product, delivered in a relevant, engaging and benefits-focused way. The Product Demonstrator works in partnership with Sales and Customer Growth to ensure demonstrations excite prospective and existing customers and motivate them to buy and renew XpertHR subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver online demonstrations of the XpertHR service to prospective and existing customers to secure sales, renewals, and upsells (as applicable)
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of HR responsibilities and challenges
  • Explain the benefits of XpertHR, based on the identified needs of the prospective or existing customer
  • Handle any questions relating to how XpertHR helps HR professionals in their day-to-day roles
  • Understand the competitive landscape and how XpertHR differs from market competitors
  • Explore all appropriate routes during demonstrations to achieve maximum business generation
  • Ensure product knowledge is of a consistently high standard to drive the best possible result from every demonstration
  • Capture key details in Customer Relationship Management tool from prospective and existing customer interactions
  • Participate in projects to support colleagues in expanding and improving their knowledge of XpertHR
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to Product, Editorial, and Management teams on how to improve our products and services
Key Skills Required:
  • Possessing excellent communications skills, demonstrating the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Displaying computer literacy and able to use a range of web-based and software tools to complete online demonstrations
  • Managing a busy workload, prioritizing, and ensuring timely communication with relevant stakeholders
  • Acquiring an effective working knowledge of XpertHR, the market, competitors, and customers
  • Exhibiting high motivation
  • Deploying active listening skills
Experience Required:
  • Previous experience in delivering customer training or product demonstrations is desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience as a legal or HR professional desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience in a Sales setting is desirable but not essential
  • Working as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential
