JOB SUMMARY

As a Product Specialist you will support Controlled Environments products used in Electronics, Semiconductor and Industrial cleanroom manufacturing applications, together with our Laboratory Monitors and Controls products.

The Product Specialist will also develop and implement marketing programs in cooperation with a Marketing Communications Specialist and Product Management.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Researches, develops and provides information to support customers, sales, and channel partners through verbal and written communication
• Creates and develops marketing content for literature, sales tools, application notes, technical bulletins, website and other marketing vehicles
• Consults with representatives, distributors, and customers to support sales efforts, conduct training, and provide demonstrations
• Product launch execution
• Annual pricing deliverables and activities
• Go-To Market plan - monitor and adjust agreed initiatives with key stakeholders
• Supports Product Management with Voice of Customer activities
• Represents TSI products through participation and presentations in technical conferences, trade shows, publications, seminars, and symposiums
• Reviews and documents modifications to standard products
• Represents TSI on industry standards committees and keeps current on all standards and regulations

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or industry related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a product support role required; preferably in a technical, customer facing capacity

KNOWLEDGE

• Technical aptitude for product application
• Solid understanding of industry standards, codes, and best practices in the field
• Ability to effectively communicate and present technical information to a wide range of audiences
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and verbal/written communication skills
• Solid analytical, decision making, problem solving and research skills
• Continuous learner driven to succeed and achieve significant results
