• Drive the development and ownership of a dynamic long-term product roadmap, setting the direction for Panduit's future growth.
• Develop persuasive business cases that seize emerging opportunities and propel our company forward.
• Lead Voice of Customer initiatives, extracting valuable insights to inform our strategy.
• Champion innovative research projects to fuel our expansion into new markets and technologies.
• Transform research insights into compelling market-facing materials, establishing Panduit as a leader in the industry.
• Showcase your expertise and contribute to thought leadership through participation in industry events and publications.

What You Will Bring

• Required Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, engineering or science
• Preferred Degree: MBA
• Years of Experience: 10 or more years
