Starting Rates of Pay: $23.84 | Top Rates of Pay: $31.55
After six months of employment, you will receive an increase in pay. Pay will continue to progress over a period of time to reach the current top rate of pay.

As a member of the Pebble Plant operations team, you will have the opportunity to work in our state of the art Pebble Plant where you will work with a mixture of manual and automatic operations to facilitate product movement through the use of manual valves, powered lifts, or through PLCs and software based operating systems.
As a member of the Casting operations team, you will have the opportunity to work in one of our three areas of operations, Whiting Arc Furnace, Old Cast Shop, or New Cast Shop. In these areas you will have the opportunity to transform molten metal into billets which includes operating, checking, and hot clean furnaces or ladles, adding charge to furnaces, rub, rake, skim and tap furnaces, draw metal samples from furnace or ladle for analysis, and calculate types and amounts of materials needed to ensure that materials meet specifications.
As a member of the Extrusion Operations team, you will operate the extrusion press , lubricate press liner, die, and mandrel prior to each extrusion cycle, clean and inspect stem, and extrusion tooling after each cycle and frequently inspects liner and reports conditions to Lead Operator.
