Location: Wentzville, MO
Salary: $32.00 USD Hourly - $33.00 USD Hourly
Description:
Production Supervisors (2nd + 3rd Shifts Available)

Location: Wentzville, MO

Shift Hours:

• Second Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
• Third Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM

Compensation:

• Maximum Pay Rate: $33/hour
• Overtime pay at 1.5x rate after 40 hours

Employment Type: Contract to Hire (long-term)

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Either a 4-year degree or 5 years of related experience
• Experience supervising in a unionized environment is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a unit engaged in seat assembly and shipping.
• Plan and organize work, ensuring compliance with operation description sheets and established priorities.
• Maintain production records and related paperwork.
• Monitor time and attendance.
• Investigate work problems, take necessary actions to eliminate production delays, and recommend process improvements.
• Responsible for equipment care, repair, and replacement as needed.
• Explain company policies and regulations, maintain positive personnel relationships, and recommend employee status changes.
• Handle initial steps of employee grievances.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Oversee hourly employees.
