Salary: $70,000.00 USD Annually - $75,000.00 USD Annually

- Oversee all aspects of production, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Lead and motivate your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain the highest safety standards and adherence to GMP's, SQF & FDA regulations.
- Schedule and coordinate activities, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Utilize production management software and equipment to optimize operations.
- Optimize on KPI's.
- High School Diploma (College degree a plus)
- 5+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor in CPG Food/Beverage production industry (baked goods experience a plus)
- Servant leadership mentality
- Experience with SQF & HACCP (certifications a plus)
- Experience working with a non-union workforce
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Proficiency in JD Edwards, SAP, or Oracle ERP a plus
- IR scanner gun experience
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
- Ability to work nights and occasional weekends
