Job Description Summary
The Program Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical and operational support to our key stakeholders and business leads through the creation and maintenance of reporting, analysis, communications, presentations, data models, and analytical tools.

The Program Analyst will work closely with the Lead Program Manager to provide support and implement strategic initiatives.
Job Description

  • Understand the business and information needs of business owners and translate those needs into BI/analytics/reporting requirements.
  • Support the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, data mining, analyses, dashboards, PowerPoint presentations etc. that drive meaningful, timely, and actionable insights and can be easily interpreted by users.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation around BI solutions and systems - including assumptions, complex calculations, process and data flow diagrams, and other relevant information.
  • Research, study, and analyze system or process related issues/incidents as escalated and provide appropriate resolution(s).
  • Proactively recommend process improvement opportunities - document current state process and create future state process documentation.
  • Identify strategic direction and create cohesive, scalable processes that support our client's needs and objectives.
  • Manage communication and deliverables between internal stakeholders and our client.
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders and business partners to create operational strategies and reporting that align with business goals.
  • Act as steward for operational excellence initiatives and see-through service delivery through management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required in any field; business/real estate preferred
  • Ability to find solutions to business problems from data-driven insights
  • Strong working knowledge of data management best practices and experience implementing and maintaining them
  • Strong working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence tools
  • Must demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability determining business needs and developing technical requirements
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and to draw valid conclusions
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership and, relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated process improvement, continual improvement skills
Competencies:
  • Exposure to project and process management
  • Exposure to executive communications
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office/Google Suite skills
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and business model
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage processes
  • Strong organizational skills

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $80,750.00 - $95,000.00
