Eurofins Agroscience Services is searching for a Program Coordinator to support our Business Development team. This position can be remote.

Job Description

Program Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Works closely with inside sales, business development and operation staff across multiple locations to facilitate two-way communication with clients, focused on the monitoring of overall client goals/objectives, feedback on project status and project coordination/oversight. Provide guidance to technicians on the proper conduct of study assignments.
  • Regularly communicates with all of these groups through email, phone and video conference calls.
  • Coordinates communications relating to the client's work and assists in coordinating for multi-site programs (i.e. kick-off meetings). Regularly takes and distributes minutes from such calls and video conferences.
  • Helps to address client questions, concerns, and comments.
  • Works with clients and operations to satisfy client objectives, ensuring proactive communication, especially related to timeline needs.
  • Assists in the creation of routine and professional updates to management to create feedback and ongoing monitoring of out-of-scope and scope creep; project status; operational issues, and client satisfaction.
  • Prepares regular status updates to select clients for Eurofins Agroscience Services laboratories located throughout the US.
  • Responsible for coordinating test materials on select programs/studies.
  • Performs other related duties as required and directed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would possess:
  • Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is required
  • Ability to present information in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner
  • Project management or facilitation experience strongly preferred
  • Leadership skills, analytical abilities, organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective project management skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two (2) years of industry experience; a minimum of six (6) months experience managing projects preferred.
  • A combination of advanced degrees and experience may be substituted for the above requirements.
  • In rare cases, comparable demonstrated competence and experience in the relevant area may be used to substitute in whole or in part for the Bachelor's degree.
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Position is Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.
