The selected candidate will provide program support for both the History and English Departments located in the College of Arts & Sciences. The candidate will process course offerings; create promotional materials online and in print; run data enrollment reports; oversee course evaluations; manage departmental schedules, make travel arrangements, and oversee event planning; maintain departmental office spaces, supplies, equipment and computers; manage department website, listservs, and newsletters and distribute mail. Assist with faculty Annual Performance Review and Reappointment, Promotion, and Tenure processes.
This position will have the option of a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office/2 days work from home) for those with a residence within OH/IN/KY, following 90 days of training. Residence must be in the tri-state area within reasonable distance to UC Main Campus to have ability to report to campus as required. Remote work arrangements are subject to change in accordance with university policies.
