GDH Consulting is looking for a Program Manager to work remotely.

Position Description:

The Business Transformation team at AppDynamics is responsible for identifying and driving high-impact strategic projects that will help us execute our multi-year strategy. This team consists of skilled leaders in change management and critical thinking to lead the entire organization as we transform the way we build products, go to the market and operate internally as a business for maximum impact. You will work closely with Product leadership, Business Development, Market Intelligence, and Data & Insights teams to evaluate new opportunities, make recommendations, and execute transformative projects that drive our near and long-term business KPIs.

As a Program Manager on the Business Transformation team, you will:

• Support the scoping, planning, and execution of business-critical, cross-functional, and complex programs/projects
• Partner closely with a wide set of internal stakeholders to execute these initiatives in a timely manner
• Proactively identify, flag, and mitigate program risks and provide visibility to resource allocation and prioritization
• Develop processes to ensure teamwork is streamlined to manage complexity and optimize velocity
• Manage timely and succinct communications to leadership and across teams to ensure accountability and timeline management
• Measure success of the program utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data analysis

Qualified Candidates must have the following (must haves):

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Consulting, or Strategy and Planning navigating complex stakeholder environments
• Track record of successfully partnering with cross-functional teams, driving alignment, effective escalations and achieving results
• An ability to balance urgency and priority while moving the needle on multiple projects
• Self-motivated and highly organized - can manage multiple competing workstreams and priorities

• Determination and resilience to overcome challenges as they come up and pivot quickly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that allow influence and alignment with leadership and stakeholder groups
• Experience working with Project Management platforms (e.g. Asana, etc) a plus
