Immediate need for a talented Project Administrator III with experience in the Airline Industry.
This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Atlanta, GA. Please review the job description below.

Pay Range: 33.64/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with other representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications.
  • Contact vendor and kitchen representative to make arrangements and to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of materials.
  • Examine contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment.
  • Prepare documents, such as purchase orders, bills of lading, inventory counts, and shipping orders.
  • Perform regular counts of merchandise in the warehouse• Maintain correspondence with customers, including receipts, invoices (if required), and tallies.
  • Document all correspondence.• In conjunction with distribution, schedule deliveries.
  • Follow attendance policy, show up for work on time and ready to work assigned shift.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Good customer service skills• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail
  • Must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions: they must get along with co-workers without exhibiting behavioral extremes; perform work activities requiring reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others; and respond appropriately to criticism from a -.
  • Tools and Technology: Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, ERP / Order management systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook & Excel primarily), Calculators, Desktop computers, and Photocopiers
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision
