Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Roseville, CA
Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Update and distribute weekly schedules.
• Process scheduling requests and updates daily.
• Coordinate weekly meetings with the audit team to review schedules.
• Analyze utilization reports to provide weekly management updates on staff utilization levels.
• Meet with staff as needed to adjust assignments.
• Serve as the initial approver for PTO requests.
• Manage and complete various assigned projects.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in project management, preferably within the construction industry.
• Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Experience with scheduling and staffing projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; must be able to quickly learn new scheduling software.
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with all levels of staff.
• Availability and willingness to work extra hours as needed.
• Demonstrates a positive, team-player attitude.
