AVI-SPL is on the lookout for smart, dynamic interns to join our team. We are looking for and investing in students who will become tomorrow's future business leaders. The Project Coordinator Internship is a summer internship at AVI-SPL's branch office located at one of AVI-SPL's local branch offices.

Participants will engage with senior level leaders and other like business leaders as part of training and mentorship components of the program. There will also be opportunities to collaborate with peers through cross-functional teams designed to work on projects and learn from the industry's best Engineering Managers.

The Project Internship will provide an engaging opportunity for interns to coordinate with and assist office Operations, Sales and Management staff to gain a more comprehensive understanding of AVI-SPL practices in the achievement of time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements through training, learning and practical application.

AVI-SPL's Engineering Internship is designed for motivated, results-driven business students. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated problem solving capability, superior communication, relationship building skills, and an entrepreneurial attitude.

Education and Desired Skills

  • Currently enrolled in Junior or Senior level collegiate schooling or recent graduate of an Accredited Institution
  • Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA is preferred
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
  • Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally
  • Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues

Working Environment
