Coordinator to work remotely.
Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator is on the Technology Services team reporting to the Director of Technology Enablement - Portals department, which is engaged in delivering superior client service and digital projects to the high standards of the bio-pharma industry. The focus of this position is on day-to-day project support, from launch through delivery, including project planning, portal project execution, customer portal support, and post-project reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:
A bachelor's degree is required.
Technical aptitude (hardware and software) and experience with MS Office Suite
Experience with portals, ticketing systems, and database preferred (I.e. ZenDesk, or other CRMs)
