Position Summary:

The Project Coordinator is on the Technology Services team reporting to the Director of Technology Enablement - Portals department, which is engaged in delivering superior client service and digital projects to the high standards of the bio-pharma industry. The focus of this position is on day-to-day project support, from launch through delivery, including project planning, portal project execution, customer portal support, and post-project reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of web-based portals serving healthcare professionals, both US and globally
  • Provide client support to setup and manage technical aspects of configuring and launching web-based portals including: portal configuration, list and content uploads and quality testing
  • Teamwork within the Account Services group, business development, finance, IT and others to deliver quality services
  • Must be flexible and efficient, providing deliverables at the request of internal and external clients at a high-level of accuracy, oftentimes at a quick-turn around
  • Proactive problem solving; anticipating client needs and technical issues to troubleshoot early
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from healthcare professionals and clients to assist with technical support, program inquiries and registrations
  • Document technical issues in a ticketing system and liaise between external clients and internal developers to resolve them quickly
  • Ensure necessary follow-up on quality issues and maintain a customer-oriented manner and professional relationship with internal and external clients
  • Work in partnership within the organization to improve service, enhance internal systems and training, deliver superior service, and optimize resources
  • Maintain working knowledge of company resources, platforms and services

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple teams
  • Excellent customer service skills, including prompt response to client requests
  • Effectively work in both individual and team environments
  • Positive, can-do attitude; maintained in high pressure situations
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate global events; including early mornings, evenings, and overnight

Required Skills & Experience:

A bachelor's degree is required.

Technical aptitude (hardware and software) and experience with MS Office Suite

Experience with portals, ticketing systems, and database preferred (I.e. ZenDesk, or other CRMs)
