Location: Horsham, PA
Salary: $70,000 to $90,000
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Engineer

Project Engineer will lead the execution of engineering development programs, R&D efforts, and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within the principles of stage gate project management methodology.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for engineering design, development, analysis, and execution of all engineering project tasks.
  
• Suggest and implement practical solutions in applying lean manufacturing principles and quality processes and procedures.
• Assists with new product development: Product research, design, and modeling
• Execution of assigned engineering development programs from initial customer contact through delivery.
• Ownership of the design to meet defined performance objectives, this includes all aspects of the engineering process from part definition, material selection, analysis through documentation and support through production.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering
• 3+ years in a design engineering role with Mechanical Components & Assemblies
• Knowledge of AS9100 or other regulated environments (such as FDA)
• Knowledge of Stage Gate Project Management
