What will you do?

  • Support execution of the Technology & Analytics strategy through project management and communication planning
  • Provide significant input into the HR Technology & Analytics strategy and roadmap; research and develop plans to help team achieve goals
  • Manage relationships and liaises with internal and external clients as related to role
  • Manage HR System maintenance including: data integrity, security compliance, process compliance, business process design, integration health
  • Constantly seeks to improve internal processes through the use of technology that create easier processes for the business and increases productivity for HR Technology & Analytics team members
  • Drive in the development of useful people analytics for the business, preparing demos and presentation materials

What are we looking for?
  • 5-7 years of progressive general HR experience; 2-3 of which concentrated on analytics, project management or technology
  • Ability to perform in-depth analysis and use data to arrive at valid conclusions in order to make recommendations or create plans of action
  • Full understanding of HRIS applications (specifically Workday) and extensive knowledge of HR technology and the applications of them to the business
  • Extensive, expert knowledge of Microsoft Suite, in particular Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Superior project management skills and report building
  • Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in dealing with matters of significant confidentiality
  • Superior written and verbal communication; experience addressing and communicating with all levels of the organization at the enterprise level
  • Ability to take complex, data related technology applications and converse in common terms so that anyone can understand them
  • Ability to effectively train others on HR technology applications and analytics through the use of instructive communication both written and verbally
  • Ability to create strong project management trackers and use them to drive accountability for large scale enterprise wide projects
  • Ability to multi-task and handle many conflicting priorities while using sound judgment to continuously assess and set priorities for self
