As an Environment Manager, will assist in release management activities as client helps clients deliver better health and human services outcomes through technology and innovation. This will require that the Environment Manager leverage their strong organizational and technical skills in the context of the software development project lifecycle to coordinate monthly and weekly software releases for three large enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with similar collaborative release management activities. Excellent communication and client management experience is required. Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating monthly and weekly releases for enterprise applications.
• Work with senior leadership (both clients and clients) to plan for the release of multiple applications.
• Work with the client Configuration team and coordinate the releases and ensure deployment is happening in a timely manner.
• Participate in weekly Client meetings and address any client concerns related to Release Management.
• Actively collaborate with internal Client project leads to support release activities.
• Support and execute ad-hoc release management activities for emergency releases.

Knowledge and Skills

• Experience in collaborating with multiple systems/groups to coordinate and provide support for release management activities for seamless delivery.
• Proficiency in managing and understanding the business process, systems, and technical requirements of the business users to minimize workload by implementing changes and enhancements in legacy applications and/or IT operations.
• Expertise in designing and planning the migration of various business-critical applications to private/public cloud services by leveraging automation to reduce the cost of delivery and manage assets by leveraging DevOps, Azure, and AWS
• Effective in communicating with account leadership, people management, analytical, and problem-solving.
• Willingness to work and provide extended hours of support.
• Must be a team player.
• Proficiency in communicating both verbally and in writing.
• Good client-facing skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple projects of varying sizes.
• Participates in the Professional community.
• On a development plan to build project management skills.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree
• 6 to 10 year's experience in project management or in like roles/businesses
