Job Description:

The Project Manager will be responsible for mitigating risks for immixGroup in service delivery

What You'll Be Doing

Pre-Sales - Responsible for supporting immixGroup's account managers in the review of services proposals created by our vendors by identifying and mitigating risk to immixGroup, our vendors, our partners and our customers. Review and provide feedback on completeness and risk of customer/partner purchase order material for our services engagements prior to order acceptance.

Post-Sales - immixGroup has overall accountability for the completeness and quality of subcontractor services. The PM works closely with the immixGroup account managers, contracts staff, accounting, Government customers, partners and our vendors' implementation teams to establish familiarity with the scope, cost, project schedule and invoicing. This position facilitates the execution of our vendors' project work plans to ensure overall customer satisfaction and project profitability. Additionally, this position will help negotiate contract changes with the government.

Daily activities include

• attending regular project status calls along with the customer and/or manufacturer,
• review (and when Prime deliver) contract deliverables,
• ensure proper services billing on assigned contracts and provide information on upcoming services billing to Sales for forecasting
• facilitate consistent communication up and down the deal flow
• serve as an escalation point and mediator for partners and customers and manufacturers

What We Are Looking For

• PMP certification
• Experience managing Federal Government services projects
• Knowledge of FAR relating to billing for services and travel
• Experience managing business relationships with business partners and delivering to expectations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
