Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in search of a Project Manager in Fremont, CA.Responsibilities:Proven ability in leading, running, overseeing and directing projects for internal and external end-users from discovery through maintenance and support:

• Creating strategies for contingency planning and risk mitigation
• Planning, documenting, and scheduling project goals, milestones, deliverables and plans
• Coordinating the requirements definition process in conjunction with key stakeholders
• Identifying & solving project issues effectively, managing conflicts with local and globally distributed groups, escalating issues when required

Other Job Responsibilities:

• Self-motivated & takes initiative: get integrated quickly with the company and find areas for improvement & support to add value
• Actively listens, participates, and leads project team activities
• Takes ownership of assigned tasks with responsibilities of instituting and participating in corrective actions to ensure closure/resolution; Make decisions appropriate within grade level and responsibility and escalates decisions in a timely manner that are outside of grade level
• Responsible for detailed analysis, diagnosis and problem solving
• Collects data, analyze results, generate reports, provide recommendations, and present findings to management teams

Skills

• Would like to see experience with Microsoft -Project Online-
• Excel
• PowerPoint
• Industry - semiconductor
• Background - Semiconductor/Manufacturing cyber security/manufacturing common business practices
• Strong communication and presentation skills required; Able to draft communications to large audiences, and ability to clearly and concisely communicate to executive level personnel using the proper tools (presentations, white boards, mockups, handouts, etc.) as needed
