RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Project Manager in Memphis, Tennessee (TN).Responsibilities include:

• Manage charter, scope, mitigate risk to delivery, and report on projects to executives but also at project level
• Understanding of audience and what motivates each role
• Could oversee multiple project teams, but will be a large-scale initiative to start with
• Aggressively drive passive/challenging partners as needed
• Foster process/standards as part of larger transformation effort
• Run crisp, focused meetings that drive results, team cohesion, and project execution
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
• Could oversee multiple project teams, but will be a large-scale initiative to start with

REQUIREMENTS:

• PMP/PMI/SAFe Agile or relevant certifications
• CSM or other scrum certifications
• Experience with M/A, insurance, and healthcare
• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
