PROJECT MANAGER
One of The Select Group's clients is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate has a background in Project Managerment/Scrum Master roles and proven experience leading teams that are focused on Application projects. PROJECT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of experience working as a Certified Scrum Master
• Experience as an IT Project Manager
• Experience using Confluence for documentation, creating environmental drawings, and creating playbooks
• Proven experience leading ecommerce applications- web and mobile preferred
• Experience managing sprints using JIRA
• Strong communication and working with cross-functional teams

PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the release management lifecycle which includes scheduling, coordinating, escalating impediments, gatekeeping and managing production release activity
• Create required internal supporting production release documentation and deployment checklist
• Partner with cross functional areas to ensure dependencies and risks are accounted for related to the production release - partners would include other system owners, product owners, business stakeholders, Engineering, DevOps, Security, Legal and QA
• Help to sequence, coordinate & orchestrate the eCommerce project portfolio
• Help report on progress against milestones and supports activities related to Program Portfolio
• Help coordinate maturity assessments and contribute to creating an agile maturity plan
• Help coach and develop leaders, teams, and stakeholders on agile practices and behaviors
