We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong emphasis on scheduling, tracking projects, and managing budgets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role is crucial for maintaining the operational efficiency and financial health of our project initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, timelines, and milestones.
• Utilize project management software to create and maintain project schedules.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure timely completion.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and issues.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and financial targets are met.
• Track project expenses and perform financial forecasting to avoid budget overruns.
• Prepare financial reports and ensure timely billing and collection of project revenues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, with a focus on scheduling and budget management.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
