In the Project Services - Payroll Solution Advisor role, you will aid overall client satisfaction by providing dedicated ownership of large, complex, value-added tasks and/or services requiring project coordination with a tenured, skilled, and dedicated team within the Service organization. You will use your technical knowledge to consult with client to determine best practices and methodology to accomplish project goals. You will carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

Every day, you will function as liaison between and among client and cross-business unit multi-product staff to analyze client needs, develop project plans and effectively implement changes. You will also contribute towards improved quality and client retention in addition to loss prevention. Most of these services are billed to the client on an hourly basis in addition to all other standard processing fees and are delivered with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy based upon clearly defined project scope and estimate.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

Benefit Accruals
Acquisitions/Mergers
Standardizations
Department to Cost Number Conversions
Multi-Product projects
Master File extractions for clients terminating service (Payroll technology)
Spin-Offs (HR technology)
Addition of New Company Codes (HR technology)
Pay Frequency Changes (HR technology)
You will be responsible for the successful service delivery of large, complex, value-added tasks/projects to clients. Projects require advanced functional area knowledge and/or advanced product expertise and could have multi-product implications. May involve on-site client visits. Identifies and develops project plans.

Monitors project progress and provide regular updates to the client, and vested ADP stakeholders.
Determines the components of the project and prepares project plan and scope of all required activities, including involving all ADP Business units whose assistance may be required.
Performs testing and validation as required.
Resolves any problems or issues that may arise throughout the project.
Support clients by supplying resources such as documentation and training
Coordinates the billing of client for project services
Must have strong project management skills and the ability to multi-task
Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks
Ability to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise and escalate to the appropriate level

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3-year experience in a service-oriented processing capacity
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

Experience noted above, OR
Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
