What You Will Be Doing This position is in our Walnut Creek area office, with a majority of the portfolio running from Richmond to Fremont where you will be:

-Maintaining a portfolio of properties
-Ensuring properties are in good order - schedule maintenance and repairs
-Creating and maintaining lasting relationships with tenants
-Lease paperwork
-Property Records
-Routine reports
-Work Order Processing
-Prepare leases
-AR & AP
-Annual budgeting
-Rent collection and billings
What You Need for this Position -3+ years of relevant property management experience
-Large scale office, commercial or industrial experience
-PMP or RPA nice to have but not required
