Position: QA Analyst/Tester-Analyst
Location: Tampa, FL


Job Description:
o Track and manage UAT project activities, action items, meeting notes, and decisionso Analyze existing system requirements
o Work with stakeholders to elicit full, complete requirements for any upcoming releases, system bugs, or required change request / system enhancements
o Support any documented requirement end-to-end from requirements elicitation to production support,
o Support the User Acceptance Testing as part of the end-to-end process of seeing requirements through to completion
o Train and provide assistance to users of the system
o Review and prepare UAT test cases, test scenarios, and data requests for testers
o Validate and stage test data
o Execute UAT Test Cases
o Lead efforts to track and upload test cases into HPQC/ALM
o Lead efforts to document and track system defects
o Assist in tracking enhancements / change requests
o Maintain internal communications processes, standards and practices
* Required Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree required
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Must be a motivated, self-starter who can independently handle tasks with little oversight
o Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
o Demonstrated organization skills with the ability to multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment
o High degree of attention to detail
o High proficiency with SharePoint, HPQC/ALM, Excel, Word, MS Project and Power Point
o Ability to work well under pressure
o Ability to quickly take on new tasks and complete it within deadline
o Strong follow-up skills; demonstrated accountability for role and responsibilities
o Able to handle highly sensitive and confidential data with utmost discretion.
