The QA Manager is accountable for driving the day-to-day execution of our QA program and communication with our QA vendors while advocating for a high-quality bar across multiple titles and platforms. Working directly with our external QA partners, you will manage the QA processes for new hardware launches, drive improvements in game testing processes, and report on our project metrics to measure our success.

<ul><li>Own the QA strategy, delivering high quality content to our store</li><li>Lead QA efforts across multiple internal and external teams</li><li>Work directly with our development teams from Alpha to launch, delivering high-quality functional releases</li><li>Drive improvements in game testing processes, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration</li><li>Manage our third party vendors to drive titles through our QA program</li><li>Manage multiple products in QA simultaneously</li><li>Work cross-functionally with multiple internal groups (marketing, communications, software, hardware, content)</li><li>Hold teams accountable to QA processes</li><li>Advocate for the QA process for all pieces of content releasing on our platforms</li><li>Regularly communicate updates to project stakeholders, both internal and external</li><li>Update data tracking tools with the latest project information</li><li>Attend weekly QA calls and project risk meetings, surfacing information to stakeholders with enough time to take action</li></ul>

<ul><li>5+ years of QA Project Management experience in VR, console, or PC video games</li><li>5+ years experience working with external vendors or teams</li><li>Understanding of the game production life cycle, tools, process and execution planning</li><li>Experience with Compliance and Certification testing</li><li>Experience with end-to-end game QA process</li><li>Familiar with multiple bug tracking databases</li><li>Familiarity with multiple genres of PC and/or console games</li></ul>

<ul><li>Experience shipping AAA titles on console or PC</li><li>Experience scaling QA teams and operations</li><li>Platform QA and new hardware development experience</li><li>VR development experience</li><li>Experience with Salesforce</li></ul>
