A Biotechnology Company is seeking a QA Specialist in San Dimas, CA.

Role Description

• Reviews routine manufacturing, environmental monitoring and quality control data for in-process and finished products.
• Assigns batch records/manages priorities based on schedule and customer need.
• May support revision of procedures and forms.
• May participate in routine planning and release meetings.
• May support implementation of corrective actions as agreed.
• Establishes excellent working relationships with compliance/quality groups of business partners.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance to GMPs and GLPs per regulations.
• Maintains programs and processes to ensure high quality products and compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs).
• May assist or lead compliance audits as required. May interface with regulatory agencies as required.

Skills & Requirements

• Knowledgeable of the principles of GxPs.
• Minimum 6 years direct QA pharma experience required
• Demonstrates ability to quickly establish credibility with diverse audiences and be perceived as a leader.
• Demonstrates excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as excellent influencing skills.
• Demonstrates an in-depth understanding and application of GMP principles, concepts, practices and standards in the US and internationally.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of aseptic processing, solid dose and general pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Demonstrates substantial knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
• Demonstrates working knowledge and good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Phone Screen and Zoom.
