SUMMARY Performs test on the product to assure all visual and physicals are meeting customer requirements. Enforce company quality control program within the manufacturing group.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Carry out inspection criteria/testing and procedures * Perform quality audits on the production floor (2x's minimum during shift) * Provide training for production employees on testing equipment and procedures * Maintain all retain samples according to specified procedure: ie: storage & disposal * Maintain dyne solutions and bottles * Maintain housekeeping with in the Lab area * Adhere to Product Safety Program (SQF) and all Safety rules and requirements * Other duties may be assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES N/A

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to complete reports and forms associated with the position: Ability to communicate effectively orally, and in writing.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusion. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations: Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
