What You Will Do

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty by integrating quality principles throughout the product lifecycle. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading advanced quality planning to optimize processes and systems.
• Conducting structured problem-solving and lean techniques for continual improvement.
• Driving quality training, coaching, and audits to uphold standards.
• Independently managing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to specifications and technical standards.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to accomplish tasks and build relationships.

What You Will Bring

Required:

• Engineering Degree.
• 5-7 years of engineering experience.
• Curiosity for personal growth.
• "A3 Mindset" for systematic problem-solving.

Preferred:

• Strong root cause analysis skills.
• Automotive quality experience.
• Engineering background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial disciplines.
• Experience with IATF/ISO audits.
• CQE certification.
• ASQ Certified Auditor.
• Experience in plastics or web converting processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI and data analytics.
