RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an RCM Clerk in Conshohocken, PA.Responsibilities
  • RCM Clerk will organize and maintain files, charts, mail, records, etc. ensuring they remain updated and are easily accessible
  • Sorting, scanning, and distribution of documents, charts, correspondence, etc.
  • Preparation of outgoing documents, charts, and correspondence, etc.
  • Answer telephone calls and questions related to department functions
  • Identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate action to solve basic issues
  • Team mentality and willingness to assist in office management and organization procedures
  • Inventory stock of office supplies (paper, ink, etc.) and order what is needed
  • As an RCM Clerk, you will perform various office duties, as assigned
  • Reads and abides by the company's code of conduct, ethics statements, employee handbook(s), policies and procedures and other corporate mandates, including participation in mandatory training programs
  • Reports any real or suspected violation of the corporate compliance program, company policies and procedures, harassment, or other prohibited activities in accordance with the reporting policies of the company
  • Obtains clarification of policy whenever necessary and may use the resources available through the Compliance, Human Resources or Legal Department to do so
  • Support and abide by the values of the company


REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma/GED required; Relevant degree or certification is preferred
  • Successful work experience as an office clerk or in another clerical position, generally 1-3 years of experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel and Outlook required
  • Working knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment
  • Excellent, rapid typing skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Great organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Friendly and knowledgeable when answering the phone, taking messages. or redirecting calls to appropriate offices
  • Skilled in the use of office equipment such as photocopier, printers, scanner, etc.


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
