Beacon Hill Legal is seeking candidates available for a Paralegal position at a Real Estate Private equity firm.

They are seeking an experienced legal professional who is well organized, independent and detail oriented. This is a long-term temporary assignment. Qualified candidates must have 3+ years of supporting commercial real estate practice groups in a law firm or in-house environment.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial real estate support experience
• Strong understanding of
• Will be handling the preparation of transactional documents including operating agreements, resolutions, incumbency documents, escrow instructions and closing conveyance documents.
• Will be drafting tenant estoppels and reviewing incoming estoppels for accuracy
• Manage large portfolio of documents including entity formation documents,
• Role will apply for Bulk Sales Certificates, Certificates of Occupancy and related documents
• Will work closely with attorneys, other support staff, firm departments, and directly with clients. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading skills for all drafting of documents and other correspondence.
• Must have strong attention to detail, time management skills, and have the ability to multitask.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
