Job Description:
As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for the company. You will be responsible for managing all front desk activities and ensuring smooth operations in the reception area. Your friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail will be essential in providing exceptional customer service to our guests, clients, and employees.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services.
Uphold security protocols by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
Knowledge of basic office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
