Summary:

Position Details:

Our Contract Recruiter position is a high-impact role with responsibility for sourcing, assessing and delivering top talent to the business. Additionally, this role leverages market data and talent acquisition expertise to educate hiring managers and the HR team resulting in high quality hiring decisions. In this role, you will own the candidate experience by acting as a company ambassador to internal and external candidates.

In return, you will have autonomy to get the work done and flexibility for real work-life balance. Position is open remote, anywhere in the United States.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Sourcing. Sourcing. Sourcing. Uncover passive and active candidates through data mining and networking
  • Understand Market Trends. Stay up-to-date with market intelligence and the latest sourcing strategies to drive business results
  • Proven Fundamentals: Identify, screen, and pre-qualify candidates for multiple verticals including Software Development, Information Technology, Sales, and Professional Services roles utilizing behavior-based interviewing techniques

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3+ years' experience in a combination of high-level corporate and agency recruitment in the software technology space
  • Solid understanding of recruiting OSS/BSS experienced talent preferred
  • Excellent customer focus with the desire and ability to partner with HR colleagues and hiring managers
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of a variety of IT concepts and languages
  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise in utilizing creative sourcing channels and social media networks
  • Proven experience successfully leading technical searches
  • Strong communication skills, including ability to clearly articulate information and ideas verbally and in writing; ability to communicate effectively to impact and influence decision making
  • Proven experience in providing quality candidates at all levels of the organization with a focus on sustained pipeline development
  • Proven sales aptitude with demonstrated ability to create compelling interest in both the position opportunity as well as the candidate
