Description:
Performs nursing duties contributing to the treatment and/or rehabilitation of the patient under the direction of the physician. Coordinates care with all services participating in the patient's plan of care. Supervises and assists with the evaluation process of the Home Health Aides and LPN's.
RN with current Georgia license is required. Current driver's license in state of residence and excellent driving record is required. Insurance as required by law. Active membership in professional organizations and professional liability insurance is recommended. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.Must have at least one year experience in medical, surgical, geriatric, coronary care, or emergency room care. Prefer two years nursing experience with one year home health care experience.
