firstCHOICE In-House Float Pool - ICU/Critical Care Nurses
At Trinity Health System, we believe one of the best ways we can take care of our patients is to take care of our employees. That's why we created firstCHOICE to help our staff make the most of their busy lifestyles while earning premium pay. This in-house system float pool is designed for our staff who desire greater flexibility in scheduling and pay scales, as well as increased variety in practice settings and learning opportunities.
The firstCHOICE program is the ideal solution for nurses seeking greater work-life balance, flexible scheduling with no weekend or holiday requirements, the opportunity to work in a variety of practice settings, or supplemental income. All while earning competitive wages.
FirstCHOICE Registered Nurses are utilized to fill short and long-term assignments throughout the health system. We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team and begin filling assignments.
