Cognizant is seeking a Regulatory-VEEVA Project Manager in Wilmington, DE.

Skills & Requirements

• 8-14 years experience
• Work on the Scrum master and Agile coach
• Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Pharma domain experience
• Complete feasibility assessment for all new campaign designs
• Engages with the Product Owner and business at an early stage to identify and select a commercially pragmatic Technology solution that delivers value as quickly as possible to HCPs, patients and AZ
• Technical SME across omnichannel and web platform technologies, and the use of those technologies within AZ - Veeva CRM, Veeva MyInsights, Veeva PAM (trigger) Adobe Suite - AEM, Campaign, Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, etc Tealium Audience Stream, Tealium IQ and Data / Reporting applications.
• Raise demand with "new component" delivery team, and answer Business Analysts (BA) questions so the BA can build user stories to delivery Platform level improvements
• Highly customer centric, and puts the Patient first at all times
• High learning agility and curiosity • Proactive, urgent and resilient person, who keeps driving to make change happen
• Working knowledge of agile delivery methodology T
• Technical Subject Matter Expert across omnichannel and web platform technologies, and the use of those technologies within AZ - Veeva CRM, Veeva MyInsights, Veeva PAM (trigger) Adobe Suite - AEM, Campaign, Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, etc Tealium Audience Stream, Tealium IQ and Data / Reporting applications.
• Proven experience of successfully deploying a variety of business analysis tools/techniques to enable business change
• Good understanding of networks, databases and other technology
• Agile tools and methodologies inc.
• Commercially savvy and will partner with Stakeholders to understand their commercial goals
• Good understanding of Digital Marketing and how it can be used to create value for customers and AstraZeneca
• Focused on solving real world/business problems and generating a measurable impact (not someone that is wanting to deploy Tech for the sake of deploying Tech)
