What You'll Do

The Salesforce B2C SeniorDeveloper creates quality software that meets the functional and non-functionalproject requirements in the implementation, enhancement and support ofecommerce platform centric projects. This includes producing application codeon-time, on budget and in compliance with general industry &platform-specific best practices.

SalesforceB2C Senior Developer should be comfortableworking on the business logic, real-time and back office integrations, usingplatform technology and API to manipulate data, integrating with externalservices, creating jobs for processing data as well as developing in commercecloud Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA), isml templates and working withJavaScript, HTML and CSS on the front end.

Minimum education qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.

Nice to have

• Current B2C Commerce Architect or Developer certification

The ideal candidate will have:

Expert in developing web applications from the back end tothe front end on Salesforce B2C Commerce (formerly Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware)

Proficient in managing the administration of Salesforce B2CCommerce

Proficient in using and managing version control through Git- including planning & creating branches, and performing merges

Proficient in merging JavaScript including relevantlibraries

Proficient in effectively documenting complex functionalityin code and documentation.

Ability to follow, enforce, and help define developmentstandards

Solid understanding of Object Oriented concepts, MVCparadigm

Strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking, criticalthinking

Strong communication skills - verbal and written(documentation, code, email, etc.)

Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills

Self-starter, ability to work independently with minimalsupervision, and ability to work in a fast paced environment

Expert level knowledge of cross-browser compatible HTML,CSS, and JavaScript.

Applied knowledge of responsive, mobile first design

Experienced with task runners like Grunt or Gulp

Experienced with jQuery and other JavaScriptlibraries/frameworks

Applied knowledge of front end and B2C commerce back endperformance best practices

Applied knowledge of semantic HTML and accessibility bestpractices

Proven track records of meeting and exceeding goals

Ability to lead & supervise application developmentteams
