What You Will Be Doing - Perform protein purification using various chromatography techniques and run conjugation reactions
- Execute experiments on 25mL - 10L scale working with mammalian cell cultures
- Work within a small team to optimize protein and conjugate processes
- Plan and execute experiments around protein purification, analysis and protein conjugation
- Manage & maintain mammalian suspension cell lines
- Develop SOPs
What You Need for this Position - Bachelor of Science degree in life sciences field - biological sciences, biochemistry, or related discipline
- 1-2 years post graduate experience in an academic lab or biotech (required)
- Working knowledge of protein purification using AKTA FPLC system
- Past work history with aseptic technique and mammalian cell culture (helpful)
