Role Purpose

Responsible for administrative duties to support the reservations management team, SpeachMiner evaluations for the contact center, assisting the teams with adjustments and transfers and running Incentive reports. Additionally, contribute to training and feedback for the Reservations teams to improve customer service. Develop and maintain a training program that is heavily focused on customer service and processes.

Key Areas and Activities Performed

  • Develop, deliver, and maintain training for the Contact Center
  • Manage SpeachMiner Evaluations System, evaluate customer service skills and coordinate coaching with the supervisors. Ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures, etc.
  • Work with the Supervisor of the Consumer team with regards to Sales evaluations and coaching.
  • Assist the contact center teams with pricing adjustments and transfers.
  • Run Incentive bi-weekly incentive reports for Director of the Contact Center.
  • Saturday Lead to support Contact Center Staff

Experience
  • Training Experience, Administrative background

Knowledge
  • Training experience with emphasis on Customer Service, travel industry experience preferred and proven customer service experience.
