JOB SUMMARY

DuBois Chemicals is seeking an experienced and collaborative Sales Compensation Analyst in our Sharonville, OH headquarters. Responsible for sales compensation modeling, quota/target setting and the implementation of incentive plans. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Effectively create sales compensation modeling, quota setting, and the implementation of incentive plans
  • Manually calculate sales incentives and bonuses not yet transitioned to automated systems
  • Communicate with internal teams such as Sales, HR, and Payroll and executive teams to ensure compensation structure aligns with company objectives
  • Ensure the timely payment of commissions and bonuses as outlined in sales incentive and bonus program contracts
  • Standardize/streamline existing compensation programs
  • Perform analytics related to compensation, incentive plans and bonus plans
  • Create user friendly tools and reports for incentive plan recipients
  • Participate in the facilitation of transitioning manually calculated incentives to automated processing of payments via Xactly software
  • Assist in consolidating and transforming legacy incentive programs inherited through acquisitions
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of experience in sales compensation analytics with a strong foundation of knowledge regarding sales incentive programs, bonus programs, and compensation modeling
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources (Payroll), Data Analytics, related field, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced skills in Excel, data analytics, data mining, Power BI and mathematics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to interpret and execute to the terms of contractual agreements
  • Experience with Xactly or other incentive management software is preferred
  • Driven to perform with the willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong consultation, collaboration, and problem-resolution skills
  • Ability to prioritize, follow up and complete projects while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills, process orientation and attention to details
