<ul><li>Incentive compensation systems, sales performance management, and enterprise analytics</li><li>Design, implement and maintaining the Various ICM Models</li><li>Varicent Modules in Composer, Presenter, Task Manager, and Plan Administration</li><li>Build interactive UI and Analytical dashboards using React & GraphQL</li><li>Financial statement analysis and corporate financial concepts</li><li>Preparation of executive dashboards</li><li>Auditing incentive compensation plans and rules reflected in payout calculations</li><li>Migrating and enhancing components between environments</li><li>Support in the preparation of monthly and quarterly executive dashboards on key performance, pay, and commission cost drivers</li><li>Perform standard and ad hoc analyses to design and assess the effectiveness of the sales programs</li><li>Participate in the design/implementation process for system enhancements and complete user acceptance testing for calculation logic, data tables and reporting in the incentive compensation system</li><li>Manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment</li><li>Work cross-functionally with several teams at Facebook to develop and maintain the sales incentive system to ensure the accuracy of commission calculations and reporting</li><li>Perform consumption and predictive analysis of large data sets for the purpose of financial analytics</li></ul>

<ul><li>Employer will accept a Master's degree in Applied Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in an analytical-related occupation. Experience must include 24 months of experience in each of the following:</li><li>Design and Development of IBM Cognos ICM (Varicent) models and creating queries in SQL</li><li>Building Data integrations and pipelines development using Python</li><li>Designing and developing the Presenter Reports, parent child reports in the Varicent Presenter Modules</li><li>Data analysis with large data sets and modeling</li><li>Auditing in incentive compensation plans and rules reflected in payout calculations</li><li>Building ICM Commissions calculations</li><li>Presenting technical content to audiences.</li></ul>
