Successful Sales Engineers thrive in fast paced environments and enjoy responsibility, autonomy, and problem solving. The Sales Account Manager will collaborate with our operations teams to exceed customer expectations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primary responsibility is to ensure customers satisfaction by working with other team members and advocating for the customer within the organization while ensuring that the proposal is a win-win situation for both customer and organization.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
  • Prepare estimates and propose solutions utilizing current estimating processes and making recommendations to improve processes for expedited quote turnaround.
  • Enjoys working with a team in an energetic and open working environment
  • Enjoys being one of the faces of the company
  • Business background, with the ability to leverage new technology
  • Proficient math skills
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software, MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and an ERP system
  • Experience delivering customer-focused solutions to meet customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
EDUCATION:
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
  • 3+ years of customer service, inside sales or account management experience required
