Salary: $70,000.00 USD Annually - $90,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client, a leading manufacturer of marine equipment, is on the hunt for a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives. Located at the forefront of the marine industry, this role is pivotal for driving the sales and distribution of our innovative products and services. This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients within the marine industry to expand market reach.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, fostering growth and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Develop and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to a variety of stakeholders.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, enhancing brand visibility.
• Stay informed on industry trends and advancements to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education and/or Certification Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience Requirement: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the marine industry.
• Management Requirement: Proven track record of successfully managing sales targets and teams.
• Process Oversight Requirement: Capability to oversee and improve sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Specific Skills Requirement: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license, TWIC card, and passport (or ability to obtain these). Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
